Webb Random Legacy 1.9: Robert and Dawn Webb

"So mum, you didn't like buying extra furniture and stuff, but you said that it's alright for me to do what I want with the house now I'm an adult, right...?"
"Let me guess. You remodelled and bought all those things you desperately wanted that I didn't want to buy."

"Yep."

"I even got a chess table for you and Dad to play on."

"I've been working on upgrading the electronics..."

"... made space for Dawn to mess with her future tech that she brought through the portal..."

"...and painted part of the wall white outside so that Era can work on her street art."

With the Bot workshop in the house now, Dawn was very happy to be working with it again. But she still wanted to grab a few things from the future to add to her collection...

And despite falling down the elevator whenever she used it, she loved the future.

Instant food!

Robots! Plumbots are so cool!

Even the books are fancy and computerised!

So Dawn spent many days in the future, taking in all she could. She reverse engineered as many nanites as she could so she could create them back home. On returning, she felt satisfied with the knowledge she had gained, and spent time chatting with Era.

Seems she was looking forward to school. Finishing it off would be handy. Then she could really devote herself to the plumbots.

And hey, despite hardly speaking to him Robert was very happy to rekindle his friendship with Jimmy. Forgotten in his teenage years, it seems no hard feelings were felt.

Robert was incredibly happy to celebrate his graduation. He was voted Most Popular and was Valedictorian!

"Lunch is on me, everybody!"

It was a good social outing for all going to the Bistro, but upon returning home, Dawn felt... odd. Almost like she was about to age up. But that couldn't be right, she was younger than Era and Era was still a couple days off aging...

Seems time travel had an effect on her, and that night with little ceremony Dawn became a young adult, gaining the trait Eccentric. Not surprising for one who spent so much time in-between, well, time!
